Stupid of Me
A week ago I put an envelope with $360 in it in my 2013 Elantra’s middle console to pay a bill that I never got around to paying yet. Today I realized the envelope is there but the money is not.
Did someone steal the money out of my car?
Did I not lock my doors?
Its not like the money was visible how did they know it was there?
I’m so mystified. What the fuck happened to my money!!!! Grrr
But at the end of the day I guess I can chalk it up as a life lesson not to keep money and valuables in a car no matter how new the car is. I had a gut feeling at the time that it was a bad idea and I remember thinking naw it will be fine and I’m going to pay it tomorrow anyways.
